LEE JOON & SEUNGHO of MBLAQ appeared on a healthy show (tvN's Roller Coaster).both of them are really funny on that show.well,they have an unhealthy lifestyle but still apperaed on taht show.im not saying that they are not capable to do it.its just so funny.anyway they're giving some good tips for anybody out there who want to start a healthy lifestyle.so go watch their show.its funny n u will get benefit on it!!!
